About Adrian
I’ve always been interested in psychology, spirituality and the arts, but my interest in psychotherapy and coaching came about when I was in college and a friend loaned me a book called The Disowned Self by Nathaniel Branden. I was captivated by the drama and excitement of the transformative processes described in that book, and over the next few years as I was addressing some of my own troubles I became fascinated by the whole field of psychotherapy and related disciplines.
I eventually obtained my bachelor’s degree from Antioch University in Los Angeles and began working with people in a coaching capacity at that time. That was in the early 2000s. I went on to earn my masters degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin in 2012. Over the years I have trained in and practiced a wide variety of methods, and these all inform my work. That said, I am essentially devoted not to any particular transformative ideology but rather to effective work with each individual.
My clients who like my work most tend to be driven and independent-minded, and looking for a bit of a different take. I take pride in listening closely to each individual I work with and having the flexibility to adapt to the needs and interests of that individual. I urge all of my clients to give me ultra-candid feedback, which makes a huge difference. Please reach out and say hello if you’d like to talk with me about possibly working together.
